About Paul

I am originally from Princeton, New Jersey where my family owned and operated a successful real estate company for over twenty five years. After coming to Massachusetts to study electrical engineering at Boston University and working for a few years in the engineering industry, I decided to continue my real estate career. Since then, I've helped hundreds of families buy and sell properties and I strive to provide the best customer service experience possible to my clients. As a licensed salesperson since 1997, I lead the Shao Realty Group at RE/MAX in helping home buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals.
I work with both buyers and sellers and have a very efficient system for helping them. I'm Mike Ferry trained since 2007, and I'm constantly learning and growing to improve. I live in the suburbs just outside Boston and cover all of the surrounding areas within the 495 loop. 60% of my business is working with home sellers and I help 30+ families each year with selling/buying. I have a strong lead followup system and will actively communicate with you through the entire referral to closing process. I'm also an avid real estate investor with 290 doors and love helping both new and experienced investors achieve their next level of real estate wealth.
